Watermelon Quilt Pattern

Nothing says summer like a yummy slice of watermelon! This delicious little watermelon quilt will make a great addition to your summer decor! It makes a perfect table topper or wall hanging!

The pattern gives directions for simple construction using applique on a single piece of background fabric.

It's a fast and easy project that is sure to be a seasonal favorite!

Finished Measurements: 36" x 36"

Fabric and Supplies*:
1⅛ yard white solid
1 yard total assorted pink or red prints or solids**
¼ yard dark green print or solid
⅛ yard light green print
⅛ yard black and white polka dot print
⅓ yard dark green solid for binding
1¼ yards dark green backing
2½ yards paper-backed fusible web (Pellon 805)
Crib size batting
Water soluble marking pen

*Yardage requirements are based on 42" wide fabric.

**if you choose 4 different prints, you can use ¼ yard cuts of each print (or fat quarters). If you use 8 fabrics, you can use 8 fat eighths.
