Processing Time

Main Store - Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays).

Partner Warehouses - Order processing time varies, ranging from 5-10 business days. (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time for items on Pre-order will be determined when the inventory is in stock.

Economy Standard: 10-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is taking longer than expected please first contact the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for the continental United States lower 48 plus are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Economy Standard shipping rates are based on order value:

Orders $0 to $99.99 will be charged $10.00.

Orders $99.99 and above ship Free, excluding Batting Rolls.*

Each individual large item may include a charge of $19.99.
Priority shipping rates start at $14.99. Priority shipping is not available for rolls of batting and other larger products.
*Please note: Order threshold of $99.99 to quality for free shipping (excluding batting rolls), does not include the use of discount codes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note because we ship from multiple locations, you may receive more than one email/tracking number.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Package
High Country Quilts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
If you received a damaged product, please contact us via email to contact@hcquilts.com within 48 hours. Please take pictures of the damaged package and product and keep all packages as this is required for a carrier claim. The carriers have the right to deny any claim. If a claim is denied, High Country Quilts is not responsible for refunding or reshipping replacement products without charge.
Do not throw anything away until the damaged product or package has been returned to High Country Quilts, or you have been instructed by the High Country Quilts support team.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, please contact us by phone or via email at contact@hcquilts.com immediately. We will do our best to update your information, but if the order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes. We can not provide a refund for orders shipped to an address provided that may be incorrect.
Undeliverable Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Partner Supplier Product Policy
Products offered through our platform that are sold and fulfilled by partner suppliers other than High Country Quilts may be subject to different terms than those fulfilled directly by High Country Quilts. Shipping rates, shipping times, and product pricing for these items may vary depending on the individual supplier and are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders for partner supplier products generally require 5–10 business days for fulfillment before shipment. Actual delivery times may vary based on the supplier’s location, processing schedule, and the selected shipping method.
Because these products are managed and fulfilled by independent suppliers, High Country Quilts does not control their shipping policies, pricing adjustments, or processing timelines. If you have specific questions regarding a product, its availability, shipping details, or order status, please contact the partner supplier directly using the contact information provided with the product listing.
