All sales of cut fabric and opened products are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All other unopened, unused items may be returned in like-new condition within 7 days of purchase for a refund.

Sewing Class & Event Policy
- Class fees are non-refundable.
- You may cancel up to 7 days before the class date for in-store credit.
- Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are not eligible for credit.
- You may transfer your seat to another person at any time.
- We may reschedule a class due to bad weather or instructor emergencies. In these cases, you will receive in-store credit or may move to the new date.
- Please arrive prepared with all required supplies and a machine in good working condition.
- Food/drinks must stay away from sewing machines and fabrics.
- Children under 12 may only attend designated youth classes.
- High Country Sewing & Vacuums is not responsible for lost items, machine issues, or injuries from tool use.
