Twas the Night Before Christmas BOM

Whether you are a store offering this as an official Block-of-the-Month program, a friendship group sewing together or you are an individual who has been inspired by this project, we want to Inspired by my love of vintage cross stitch samplers, this classic quilt is reminiscent of that kind of traditional handwork in both feel and in motif.

As someone who dabbles ever so slightly in stitchery but whose true love is quilting, this project is my interpretation of a vintage cross stitch sampler… but in fabric!

There is just something about those nostalgic cross stitch sampler images that draw me in every time… their play on scale and classical folk art motifs, their personalized date and name touches, their images of hearth & home… Every one of them is such a wonderful source of inspiration for my quilty design brain.

• Sampler Blocks: Fat Quarter Bundle of BUON NATALE fabric collection.
• 1/4 Yard Cuts of: 20488-66 (red eyelet), 35406-11 (ivory trees), 35406-12 (tan trees), and 35406-16 (pine trees) 3/8 Yard Cuts of: 20488-17 (taupe eyelet)
• 1/2 Yard Cuts of: 20488-85 (ivory eyelet w/red), 2088-83 (green eyelet), 20488-86 (ivory eyelet w/red+green), 35404-14 (red pinecone), 35404-11 (cream pinecone) and 20488-119 (pine eyelet)
