2026 Quilt-a-Fair Quilt Show Charter Bus to Longmont

We’re going on a field trip! High Country Quilts has chartered a bus for the Quilt-a-Fair show in Longmont, CO on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

Join us for a fun day at one of Colorado’s favorite quilt shows — breathtaking exhibitions, a lively vendor market, and great company — held at the Boulder County Fairgrounds, 9595 Nelson Rd, Longmont.

Your $90 ticket includes:

• Round-trip charter bus transportation
• VIP ticket to the event
• Lunch
• A Gift Bag full of goodies (Swag Bag)

This year we have two pickup and drop-off locations: High Country Quilts in Colorado Springs and High Country Quilts in Highlands Ranch.

Schedule

• 7:45 am — Meet at High Country Quilts, 4727 N Academy Blvd (Colorado Springs)
• 8:00 am — Bus departs (please don’t be late — we cannot wait)
• 9:00 am — Stop at High Country Quilts, 6148 E County Line Rd, Highlands Ranch, to pick up more guests
• 9:15 am — Depart for Longmont
• 10:30 am — Arrive in Longmont at the Boulder County Fairgrounds
• 12:30 pm — Lunch (provided)
• 2:15 pm — Bus departs to head home
• 3:30 pm — Arrive at High Country Quilts, Highlands Ranch
• 4:30 pm — Arrive at High Country Quilts, Colorado Springs
