Our 9" heavy duty stainless steel poultry shears make an easy task of skillfully cutting up duck and chopping hens for stock! Their slightly curved design not only smoothly slices through the meat and fat of turkey, chicken, and duck, but also enables them to be used to trim artichokes and other vegetables!

These shears also boast a spring-hinged mechanism to prevent hand-strain through a long day of snipping and slicing. Strong handles include a lock to secure the 4" pointed blades when not in use.
