Town Square - Quilt Pattern #324 by Mountainpeek Creations™ MPC

Town Square is a precut friendly pieced quilt pattern from Mountainpeek Creations™, designed by Kari Nichols. Frame centers cut as 8½" squares are surrounded by dark frames and posts and separated with light block sashing, giving the look of a town plan. Only three fabric groups are needed, and the pattern runs through five sizes.

Finished sizes

• Throw — 54½" x 66½" (4 fat quarters, 16 8½" squares)
• Twin — 66½" x 82½" (7 fat quarters, 25 squares)
• Double — 78½" x 98½" (9 fat quarters, 36 squares)
• Queen — 90½" x 114½" (13 fat quarters, 49 squares)
• King — 102½" x 130½" (16 fat quarters, 64 squares)

Techniques used

• Framed 8½" square centers with posts and sashing

Good to know

Layer cakes, fat eighths or yardage may be substituted for the frame center fat quarters.
