Seat cover is double with contrast fabric on one side and batting between layers, has elastic in casing in outer edge, leg openings finished with bias tape, pocket, loops to hold toys, and safety belt with buckle.

Cover fits most shopping carts and can be used on high chairs.

Lined diaper bag has front pocket finished with bias tape, handles from contrast fabric, side pockets with tucks and elastic in casings, and tab with hook & loop closure.
