Floating Hearts Pillow Pattern

This sweet Valentine's themed pillow is a quick and easy project using raw edge appliqué. It will look great on a couch, bed or bench!s

Finished Size: 19"x19" (fits a 20" pillow form)

Fabric & Supplies:
⅔ yard white solid
⅔ yard muslin quilt backing fabric OR use leftover white solid
5 fat eighths**: solids or tone on tone prints in black, dark pink, light pink; black & white stripe print (¼"- ½"stripe), black on white dot print
½ yard pillow backing fabric
¼ yard binding fabric (3 binding strips, cut 2½" wide)
Batting - 24" x 24"
1 yard lightweight paper-backed fusible web (Pellon 805)
Thread for appliqué
Water-soluble marking pen
Pillow Form - 20" x 20"

*Fabric requirements based on 42" wide fabric
**10" x 10" squares may be used in place of fat eighths for all but the dark pink fabric. Scraps may also be used - largest should be 8" x 8".
