The b05 ACADEMY offers 30 versatile stitches including a one-step buttonhole – plus two all-time favorites: the Super Stretch Stitch for smooth, elastic seams without puckering, and the Blanket Stitch for appliqué, embellishing, finishing and sewing on trims.
Perfect fabric feeding made easy
Even fabric feeding has never been easier thanks to the adjustable presser foot pressure – no more unwanted gathering of thin or thick fabrics. Adjust the upper thread tension to balance the upper and bobbin threads.
Retractable feed dog
With the retractable feed dog you’ll get evenly spaced stitches when darning or free-motion sewing. Just lower the feed dog with a simple move on the back of the machine.
Full speed or half speed?
Tricky project? Half-speed mode (up to 650 stitches per minute) gives you more control. Sewing long straight seams? Switch to full speed – up to 1,100 stitches per minute. The speed limiter makes both possible.
Super-large slide-on table
The easy-to-attach, included slide-on table makes sewing and fabric guiding more comfortable, especially for large projects. Fabric glides smoothly over the rounded table.
