The bernette 44 FUNLOCK offers numerous practical functions for a straightforward introduction to overlocking. Its 15 stitches cover all types of overlock sewing. Threading the loopers and needles is easy by following the color-coded markings, the stitch width is easy to adjust with one hand, and a bright LED light gives you good visibility. It’s quick, too – sewing up to 1,300 stitches per minute.

Beautiful overlock seams, even for beginners

The b44 is easy to operate: 15 stitches with 2, 3 or 4 threads give you flexibility while delivering professional stitch quality. You can also finish projects with rolled hems up to 1.5 mm wide.

Threading made simple

The color-coded, open thread path makes the b44 easy to thread. A separate needle threader and a lower looper threading aid make it even easier.

Plenty of space for your accessories

The most important overlocker accessories are always at hand in the looper cover. Other accessories are stored in a separate box.

What is the differential feed for?

Differential feed gives smooth seams on knits and pucker-free seams on fine fabrics. Set it anywhere from 0.6 to 2.0 – or use it to create deliberate gathers for decorative ruffles.
