City Blocks is a pieced quilt pattern from Mountainpeek Creations™, designed by Kari Nichols. Fat quarters are combined with a city blocks feature fabric, then separated by sashing and framed with an inner and outer border so the blocks read like a street grid. Because the feature squares can be fussy cut, it suits a novelty or large-scale print.

• Lap — 48½" x 60½" (4 fat quarters)
• Throw — 60½" x 72½" (8 fat quarters)
• Twin — 60½" x 84½" (9 fat quarters)
• Queen — 84½" x 108½" (20 fat quarters)
• King — 108½" x 120½" (32 fat quarters)

Fabric requirements

City blocks fabric runs ¾ yd (lap through twin) or 1⅛ yds (queen and king), and yardage is charted for sashing and inner border, outer border, binding and backing, plus the batting size needed.
