RB Home Town Quilt Projects - Machine Embroidery USB

The product was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed in the shipping process for which I paid $15. My order was placed on July 3 and 5 days later I sent an email as my order had not yet been sent to the post office. I asked what I could do. No one answered my email. In the end, my order was delivered on July 15. I believe communication is very important and would have appreciated a response to my inquiry.
