Well, that’s what this fabric ended up looking like. And I didn’t even realize that it was going to look that way, until the quilt was finished! Also, when I was stitching the raw edges of the green “leaves,” I decided to use up all of the bits and pieces of spools of green thread that I had in my thread box. I learned a lesson that day!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe ones that didn’t quite match the fabric were the ones that looked the best, while the ones that matched just blended in and didn’t even show up! Don’t be afraid to try something different!
